DevMetric is a web app that turns a GitHub account into a recruiter-ready developer portfolio. Connect GitHub (read-only), pick up to three strongest projects, and get a public page at `https://devmetric.app/user/{username}` for applications, LinkedIn, and resumes.

## What it does

- Builds a shareable portfolio from GitHub repos, not a wall of repositories
- Writes AI project descriptions in recruiter language and developer language
- Toggles Non-Technical View (hiring managers) and Technical View (stack, commits, metrics)
- Scores GitHub activity on a dashboard (11 signals, age-based rank). The score is not the profile headline
